Mothers and Children in Crisis (MCC) is a start-up not for profit social service organization serving the Central New York area.  The organization was initially started in 2006 as the Prostitution Task Force by a group of citizens who were concerned with the social problem of prostitution on the North Side of Syracuse.  The group was founded by Friar Phil Kelly, and other early members were:  Mary Jensen, Liquita Drummond, and John Corbett.
